Precision Coffee Fermentation System:
1.Gentle & Uniform Fermentation
Our patented horizontal rotation technology ensures each coffee bean is turned thoroughly and uniformly without damage, guaranteeing a perfectly even ferment from core to surface.
2.Precise Oxygen Control
The high-pressure-resistant stainless steel tank, combined with a one-way inlet/exhaust system and a vacuum pump, allows for full anaerobic, semi-aerobic, or special atmosphere fermentation (using pure oxygen, CO₂, or nitrogen).
3.Integrated Temperature Monitoring
The system comes equipped with built-in temperature detection devices for real-time oversight of the fermentation environment.
4.Automated Pressure Management
As CO₂ is naturally released during fermentation, internal pressure is constantly monitored. A combination of pressure gauges and automatic/static one-way exhaust valves ensures safe and controlled pressure release.
5.In-line pH Monitoring & Adjustment
Real-time pH tracking via an internal electrode provides direct insight into flavor development, greatly enhancing batch consistency. A peristaltic pump is available for precise pH regulation using acidic or alkaline solutions.
6.Hygienic Sealing & Odor-Free Operation
Constructed from 304 food-grade stainless steel, the tank ensures a clean, eco-friendly process free from unwanted odors. Robust, pressure-resistant flanges enhance the seal, making fermentation simpler and more controllable than ever.
